In support of the HMF Education, Health, Housing, Ecology and Environment, Livelihood, Strategic Planning, and Research and Development Programs we are going to open the H. MARTIN Global Community Center of (name of city or community); proposed to be located in many cities utilizing malls and military bases that have been closed throughout the United States and other countries thereafter.

The H. MARTIN Global Community Center (HMGCC) will be a safe and wholesome place, state of the art facility complete with all the amenities. There will be tutorial classrooms, library, cafeteria to include culinary arts training, arts and crafts and an educational video game arcade. We will have music rooms with a wide variety of instruments provided and an amphitheatre for recitals, as well as contemporary sports equipment including courts, track and an indoor playground. A botanical garden, a well equipped mini-hospital and modern security system will complete the picture.

The HMGCC will be a “One Stop Shop” where a parent can bring a daughter who wants to learn the hula dance, a son whose interest is in sports or karate, a new born baby in a state of the art hospital-like set up with the constant monitoring by nurses and doctors from the in-house mini hospital for emergencies.

Adult Day Care Center side by side with the Childcare Center will give a chance for some senior citizens to see their grandchildren or get involved with child rearing or activities in our Before and After School Programs, in arts and crafts, music etc.. If they get bored with the activities, there’s an indoor park to relax while they help watch the children playing. A “One Stop Shop” of humanitarian services for the whole family from infants to seniors. This is the vision of the H. MARTIN Global Community Center.

The HMGCC will be the host facility offering an opportunity for Service Providers in Education, Health, Housing, Ecology and Environment, Livelihood, Strategic Planning, and Research and Development Programs to offer their services in an environment where all the necessary facilities, tools, equipment, administrative costs (administration staff and all volunteers will receive honorariums with complete benefits), operational and overhead costs will be funded by HMF. Both public and private entities are welcome to participate and help create effective leadership and training in life-skills, internships, apprenticeship, etc.

The HMGCC areas of Administration, Care Centers, Activity Programs and Training/Services as shown on the design above will work as a synergistic model to produce a complete and wonderful outcome for those we serve.

Examples of programs that will be enhanced and upgraded are as follows:
  • Local Childcare and Pre K Centers;
  • Local School Districts for Before/After School and Scholarship Programs;
  • Community College Districts in Vocational Training and Scholarship Programs;
  • Private entities for support, training and services;
  • Universities for undergraduate and graduate scholarships;
  • Local Medical Trainers and Facilities for Training and Support;
  • Outreach programs to the poor and the working poor in Housing, Livelihood, etc…
If you are a humanitarian organization (Click to see Roadmap To Participation Brochure) interested in being part of the implementation of these wonderful programs globally, please indicate your interest by filling out the Non-Binding Humanitarian Collaboration Application form (click here) and we will contact you when we conduct future seminars. In the seminar, you will have the chance to sign a Humanitarian Collaborative Agreement (HCA), which is similar to a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
