IMPORTANT! Before starting the Petitioning Steps, please read our letter to the US Senators, Members of the US House of Representatives and a similar copy to the US President. (please click this line to see the letter)

The Petitioning process is the second part of the HMF WHOLE APPLICATION PROCESS for you to avail of the Services and Employment Opportunities described in this Website. You must petition your two (2) United States Senators of your state and your House of Representative. The steps below will take you step-by-step to complete the petitioning process. Once you complete the petitioning process, then go to the Petition Verification page and fill-in the required information on the form. We are working diligently to activate the Application page and we will inform you when it is completed.

Just follow the directions below. Be sure to keep all documentation of your petitions as proof when you apply in person in the near future. When the Application and Verification Requirements' pages are activated in our website, simply complete the forms and submit.

The date shown on your Petition documentation will be honored by HMF to give you first priority to avail of the Services and Employment Opportunities applied for in the near future.

The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services (HMF) is planning to establish the International Main Headquarters within the United States of America with branch offices in your state, county, city and/or your community, in collaboration with the US Government. To accelerate the process, we are asking youTO PETITION your elected Congressional Representatives to help set up the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services USA. Your petition will help in this effort to bring immediate solutions to the problem of our nation as a whole and to you as an individual. Your petition will give you and your family a higher priority to receive these benefits.

The realization of the Programs and Projects mentioned on this website will require massive cooperation and support of the grassroots, people like yourself. Those who would like to avail of the Services and Employment Opportunities of these programs must communicate with the two United States Senators and/or your House of Representative. Of the three Congressional Members, you are required to communicate with at least two of them in the form of email, letters and/or phone/fax. Please follow the steps below to communicate with your House Representative. Remember to keep a copy of your communications as proof for future HMF verification process when you apply in person. Remember to indicate your completed steps on the on-line Verification Requirements' Page.

    To start your Petition to your two (2) US Senators,

Steps to Petition your House Representative

In order to communicate with your House Representative, our website is linked to the "Write Your Representative Service" at https://writerep.house.gov. If you don't know your zip code +4, then do the following steps:

Click this link to go to the United States Postal Service

A. At the USPS website, enter the Required Fields and

B. Click the Submit button (write down your zip code +4)

Click this line to go to https://writerep.house.gov website, then do the following:

A. On line #1, select your state

B. On line #2, input your zip code +4

C. Click the "Contact My Representative" button

D. Complete the email steps to your House Representative
  1. Click the link to email your House Representative

  2. Complete the information required - Click here for a copy of the pre-written letter

  3. In the comments section, copy and paste from the pre-written letter

  4. Get a printed copy of your email page before you submit your email to your House Representative for your documentation and our verification requirements

  5. Submit your email and keep a copy of the response from your House Representative

Remember to keep a copy of all your communications as proof for future HMF Verification Requirements when you apply in person.
