The Foundation is now extending its funding of services by humanitarian organizations in the United States of America and is therefore turning its attention toward creating a more public presence.

This website is designed to:

1. Introduce the funding aspects of the Foundation to the public;

2. Invite all interested parties to apply in advance for assistance in order to be one of the first to be considered for services;

3. Invite all parties in need of employment to apply in advance for upcoming employment opportunities; and

4. Invite all interested existing organizations to help in the implementation of Projects and Programs mentioned in this website in alignment with the HMF Vision.

5. Garner the moral support of the public so as to establish a base of positive acceptance.

The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services (HMF) is planning to establish the International Main Headquarters within the United States of America with branch offices in your state, county, city and/or your community, in collaboration with the US Government. To accelerate the process, we are asking you TO PETITION your elected Congressional Members to help set up the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services USA. Your petition will help in this effort to bring immediate solutions to the problem of our nation as a whole and to you as an individual. Your petition will give you and your family a higher priority to receive these benefits.

The International Main Headquarters will be established in the United States of America for both domestic and international humanitarian activities of the Foundation. The Foundation's World Chairman, Abba Martin Eddy Hornido Tirwatadinata, has approved funding for the Humanitarian Programs and Projects described herein, and has assigned the Vice World Chairman, Ms. Flor Lat Villapando, to preside over all humanitarian-related generated assets and activities in collaboration with the Federal / National, State and Local Governments to expedite the implementation.

HMF is purely humanitarian in nature, having the desire to do only good for humanity and the environment and never expecting rewards in return, whether financial, material, or political. The principles, disciplines, and resources of the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services are going to be used to help ensure all HMF leadership maintain its humanitarian culture.

All statements by HMF on this website or elsewhere are made with the understanding that implementation shall take place in cooperation with Federal / National, State and Local Governments and authorities. The statements are therefore effective to the extent and within the parameters that such entities will allow.

Although humanitarian services of a wide variety will eventually be offered, the First Two Projects approved for funding are Free Childcare / Before and After School Programs and Scholarships. These programs are intended to provide assistance to children as well as give benefits to parents and guardians in need of such services. The programs are aimed at giving stability to families and supporting wholesome family values.

Due to the magnitude of the Programs and Projects mentioned in this website, and the magnitude of the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services' assets and resources to back it up, we need the cooperation and collaboration of our Federal / National, State and Local Governments to expedite the implementation. H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services is now ready with the Strategic Plans that can bring order in the implementation and Perpetual Funding of humanitarian projects worldwide. The funding of the Foundation's projects shall be self-generated from its own principal funds which shall not be withdrawn from and rather shall remain as perpetual deposit in the world's banking system. Only the interest and profits generated from the principal fund will be utilized to fund projects, worldwide. So please help us make this funding activity flow quickly and directly to serve the people who need it most through these programs, by spreading the good news and voicing your support through the Petitioning Process.

The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services' Funds to implement and sustain all the educational and humanitarian activities mentioned on this website are privately owned and lodged in different banks throughout the world. The programs or services portrayed on this website or on any promotional videos or materials associated with HMF are planned for availability in the near future. HMF has signed Preliminary Humanitarian Collaborative Agreements with a large number of existing organizations capable of implementing the programs and services. HMF is structured to conduct its own direct funding programs as well as substantially support other humanitarian organizations that have clearly demonstrated effectiveness in their own chosen fields of humanitarian causes.

The employment opportunities mentioned on this website are currently planned for future availability. These programs are expected to open many new jobs throughout the country in a wide variety of trades and disciplines, and help improve Federal / National, State and Local employment rate in the process. We expect our employment opportunities to expand greatly over time. HMF is particularly interested in working with Potential Humanitarian Leaders with a strong sense of calling or vision to do good for humanity and the environment.

HMF asks that you direct your questions or concerns to us, rather than to the world at large through open media such as the world wide web. Certain false and misleading statements have been published irresponsibly on the Internet about H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services. We would appreciate your cooperation in both preventing such occurrences and in being thoughtful enough to question unfounded criticism, skepticism, and doubt about our efforts to bring educational and humanitarian assistance to those in need. At this time, we request that all public communications take place through our websites. All inquiries are welcome.

HMF believes that our efforts will bring great positive advancement to the world as well, and we would appreciate your moral support in the process even if detractors are vocal about their skepticism. HMF would like to remind you that very few of the world's great advancements came without bitter criticism, distrust, and resistance by detractors. We have answers to all concerns, but are not always at liberty to disclose them publicly due to confidentiality commitments and the sensitive nature of certain topics. Please be patient with us in this process of being as transparent as possible, while following our principles to disclose only that which is legally, morally, and ethically acceptable.

The Foundation encourages those who would benefit from the proposed services to help us introduce these programs to their communities as well as to their state and federal representatives. We feel that positive word-of-mouth (or even "word-of-email") introductions are the most helpful to foster public support and smooth implementation. For this reason, HMF may contact applicants to assist in support of our planned services.

The Foundation desires your prayers: for this nation, for the needy people of the world, and for us, as we embark on what we believe will become the most comprehensive humanitarian effort of all time.
