The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services (HMF) is being structured as a Worldwide Humanitarian Funding Institution. The plan is to establish the International Main Headquarters within the United States of America for both domestic and international activities of the Foundation, in collaboration with the Government of the United States of America. We believe HMF with its vast assets and resources, can provide the much needed "new infusion" of programs and services which will create massive employment and rejuvenate our economy with the collaboration of the county/city you represent.

HMF plans to collaborate with the Federal / National, State and Local Governments of the United States of America and existing humanitarian organizations to implement the approved HMF Programs and Services. What does this mean for your city? In a short response to that question, HMF can offer funding to create, sustain and expand programs and services in these economically challenging times including some that are no longer available and/or being cut back. As for some examples to what type of HMF Programs and Services to be funded in your county/city, take a look at the following examples and ideas:

  1. Before and After School Programs (see Video): Under the HMF Programs and Services for Before and After School Programs (see web page), we have our HMF Special Needs Program that can be modified and structured to accommodate community-based gang prevention and other special programs. We will provide all the necessary funding so all the needs can be met. These programs can coincide with our HMF Scholarship Programs, so that individuals can be guaranteed higher education and/or vocational training with proper medical and health benefits.

  2. Public Safety Cadet and Trainee Programs:  HMF is proposing to provide funding for the Public Safety Cadet and Trainee programs for both the Police and the Fire departments that provide services to your county/city.  The objective of these programs is to groom potential future officers, firefighters, and paramedics for hire upon successful completion of academy training.  These programs can be coordinated with the city and the local Community College District and will expand the above services for the benefit of the community.

  3. Police and Fire Training Academy:  HMF is also proposing the funding of Police and Fire Training Academy under vocational programs with the local Community College District.  A joint task force from the involved parties can be formed to determine the extent of the training academy and the type of facilities, staffing, and other needs to make this program a reality.  Also, any or all of the Public Safety Cadet and Trainee programs should be reviewed for the possible inclusion in the Police and Fire Training Academy.

  4. Greening of America:  HMF will collaborate with your city and the local Community College District to provide all the necessary funding (for facilities, staff, tools and equipment) to train personnel in the different categories to help our environment and turn America Green.

  5. Workforce Incentive Program: HMF will collaborate with your city and other agencies to guaranteed work related jobs coming from the different HMF Programs to be implemented in your city.  HMF can provide all the necessary funding (for counselors, vocational staffing, etc) to make this program efficient and successful.

  6. H. Martin Senior Care Centers: A key segment of our population today that will continue to grow in numbers is our senior citizens. They have given their time to society and we should do what we can to show our appreciation. As part of the goals and mission of HMF, the senior citizens will be an integral part of our humanitarian effort.

  7. Recreational Parks & Pools: HMF will collaborate with your city and other agencies to upgrade, maintain, staff and add new recreational parks & pools. These parks will be a part of the overall programs structured for children, teens, seniors and other special groups.

  8. Libraries: Part of the overall plan with HMF and your city is to make sure that the Library Programs are sound and available. With the proper collaboration, we will look into how to create a structure where all library needs for all levels of education and the community are met.

In order to get this collaboration started, we are asking your county/city to do the following:
  1. Please support this solution for the people of America and the humanitarian sector by notifying your constituents and encouraging them to petition and support the establishment of HMF (H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services USA.) which is going to be the International Main Headquarters with branch offices in every state, county/city and community, in collaboration with the Federal / National, State and Local Governments. For all the instructions on how to petition, please click this line.

  2. Due to the enormity of the HMF's Programs and Services and the magnitude of the HMF Assets to back them up, the cooperation and collaboration of the Federal / National, State and Local Governments is very important to expedite the implementation of the HMF's humanitarian programs and services. Please urge your city council and constituents to support this mission which will create massive employment opportunities. Any help you can provide in this matter will be greatly beneficial to the people of your county/city.

  3. Please consider this as an invitation to collaborate and work with us in the implementation of the HMF's Programs and Services. Experienced leaders with compassion like you are an asset and vital to this collaborative effort.
